During school breaks I would plan road trips up and down the California coast, covering the area from San Diego to Crescent City. These photos are from some of my previous trips and favorite locations. 19 Photos
I attended graduate school in New Mexico and during breaks, visited Santa Fe and Taos. While in both locations, I have explored the nearby area and its historic sites. Often, I would visit the area around Santa Fe Plaza and the Palace of the Governors to purchase turquoise jewelry and gifts for out of state family. 19 Photos

Sri Lanka is home to many exotic animals. During my visit, my guide and I stopped at several places where wildlife gather including two national parks and areas with large groups of peafowl or monkeys. Additionally, several of the hotels I stayed at were teaming with colorful birds. The highlight of the trip were the large herds of wild elephants Minneriya National Park. 22 Photos
